increase is massively impacting the people we support. Last year Salford Foundation
spent £2.4 million helping local people. Our services target the most vulnerable
people. 

We aim to change the lives of young people and adults by inspiring and
empowering them to succeed with confidence, by providing opportunities and raising aspirations through our services.

Social Value & Community Social Responsibility – CSR

Supporting Salford Foundation ensures social value for your investment of time, commitment to our mission and most importantly the impact you will have on the beneficiaries we support through our services. 5 We are able to demonstrate through our accountability your impact. The number of people you have supported and through case studies the personal impact that has taken place through engagement with our projects. Our ethos is to look at the person ‘people come first’ this also applies to the business supporters we engage with. We create a relationship with our supporters and collaborate for the greater good.

Employee Payroll Giving

Payroll Giving empowers employees to support the cau ses that are the most important[ to them, providing charities with a long-term and regular income stream. Demonstrate your company's commitment to supporting staff, the community and wider stakeholders. Use payroll giving as a tool to drive corporate social responsibility initiatives. Providing this service to your employees enhances your existing CSR activity.

Your support, with your permission, will be shared via our social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram We want to celebrate your support and the achievements of the people you are helping to build better futures. We are happy to share press release’s through our platforms and feature your support in our quarterly newsletter ‘The Loop’.

Bespoke text giving campaigns

We are registered with Donr, a textgiving platform. We can set up a bespoke text giving campaign for your business e.g. Donate £6.00 this will provide a travel pass for someone who is job seeking to attend an interview or training opportunity.

Employee Fundraising

Encourage your employees to fundraise by sponsoring an event designed to raise awareness and support for Salford Foundation mission. Match fund your employees fundraising activities. All events can be turned into fundraising events, or an opportunity to raise money. This can include a disco, bake sale, concert, silent auctions, half marathons and 10k, BBQ’s and sports challenges.

Charity of the Year (COTY) is a special partnership between a business and a charity of their choice. You don't have to be a large company or even a corporate company – societies and clubs can make us their Charity of the Year as well.

The Payroll Giving Quality Mark

Achieve external recognition for charity contributions through The Payroll Giving Quality Mark. It is a government-backed accreditation that rewards companies offering Payroll Giving with a Quality Mark, which they can use to celebrate and promote their achievements. Organizations of all sizes, whose employees donate to charity through Payroll Giving, are recognized with either a Standard, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond level Quality Mark (click on the link for more information).
